The Issuer Market Update is a periodic snapshot of active digital gold currency issuers. Only those issuers and currencies that have precious metals backing are included in the analysis, although some issuers may also offer non-metal digital currencies.Additionally, I have included each issuer's date of founding and the legal jurisdictions for administrative, operational, and guarantor entities, if applicable. Certain companies below will be the focus of issuer highlight studies in the future. Please bear in mind that not all issuers are forthcoming about the full details of their legal and control structure -- a fact that I believe puts them at a relative disadvantage.
