  2. This article makes big claims but when you look for the details there is very little there. In particular I couldn't find any information on how they avoid double spending.

    1. Double spending is prevented because any voucher operation always destroys all the input vouchers and replaces them with fresh ones. So any attempt to re-use a voucher will be rejected.
